We are looking for two new staff members and new Board members to help develop our organisation and achieve our mission.
Programme Director
Salary range £35,000 - £40,000 pa
Additional £3,000 weighting if based in London
Based in Halifax or London
You will develop and deliver equality and diversity programmes in the creative industries. You will be part of the senior management team and contribute to the future strategy of the organisation.
You will have several years’ experience of working on equality initiatives within the creative industries. You must be a strategic thinker and a great people manager.
Training Manager - Equilateral
Salary Range £24,000 - £31,000 pa
(inclusive of London Weighting)
Based in London
Equilateral is a Learning and Skills Council funded project delivering equality training to creative employers.
EQ needs an experienced trainer with a demonstrable understanding of the needs of employers to deliver this project. You should also possess strong partnership brokering skills and the ability to develop training materials and practical tools for employers to create diverse organisations.
18 month fixed term contract. Extension funding is being sought.

The EQ board led by Philip Hedley CBE (former Artistic Director of Theatre Royal Stratford East) is looking for new members to help guide the new organisation over its formative years.
EQ welcomes applications from those with experience or interest in the Equality agenda; with business, marketing or fundraising skills; and from practising artists keen to contribute to a new company. You will be asked to commit to four board meetings a year, and to act as a representative of EQ.
EQ has offices in Halifax and London.
